COVID 19 / Coronavirus Update for Our Valued Patients

Based on recommendations from the CDC, American Dental Association and the Oklahoma Dental Association, we are postponing all non-emergency related care in our office until April 6 due to the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. In the event that date changes, we will notify our patients immediately, so please check back often and remain flexible with us. We are doing our part to keep our patients, our staff, and our community safe.

Orthodontic Arts will assess orthodontic emergencies cases individually. Should an emergency arise, you can count on us to be here for you and give you the attention needed. We assure you our office is taking every precaution necessary to keep us all healthy.

Should you experience a dental emergency, (pain, swelling, infection, broken or poking orthodontic wire or appliance) please call our office. We will work with you to find the best solution for you and our staff. Patients with orthodontic emergencies will be seen in accordance with existing social-distancing, infection control and temperature screening protocol established for our offices. Additionally, if your retainer becomes lost or damaged, please call our office immediately. Many of our retainers can be re-made from the printed model you were given.

Patients not experiencing orthodontic emergencies are asked to postpone in-office appointments until April 6 or later. 

We have been working diligently to implement virtual visits with you via a web platform. If you are interested in scheduling a virtual visit, please call us. It’s simple and our doctors are ready to visit with you.

We encourage all patients to practice recommended social distancing of 6 feet or more, avoid gatherings of more than 10 people, stay home when possible, and practice good hygiene. We appreciate every one of you and can’t wait to see you again in our office.
