Our next smiles that inspire highlight is Debby Hampton who is currently the President and CEO of United Way of Central Oklahoma. “I am on my eleventh year at United Way and have loved every minute of my job,” said Debby.

United Way of Central Oklahoma works in partnership with 55 amazing nonprofits making an impact every single day in our community. “Our partner nonprofits never closed due to the pandemic, they kept providing services to the most vulnerable populations in central Oklahoma,” said Debbie. “They are now focusing on preparation and assistance needed as refugees possibly come to our state. Our agencies are involved in every health and social service aspect of our city.” 

The United Way of Central Oklahoma raised more than $20.4 million during the 2020 campaign to meet our community’s health and human services needs. 

An active leader in the community, Debby currently serves on the boards of Leadership Oklahoma City, The Alliance of Economic Development of Oklahoma City, Healthy Living and Fitness, Inc., and Oklahoma City University Kramer School of Nursing. Debby is also an active member of Rotary Club 29 and Committee of One Hundred. She was named one of the top 50 most powerful women in Oklahoma City. We appreciate Debby and all she does to keep our community strong. Her smile inspires us to help others and make an impact.
